The ServSafe Food Protection Manager's (CFPM) Exam is a Florida approved ANSI-CFPM accredited exam based on the 2022 FDA Food Code. This examination meets Florida requirements for Food Manager Certification.
Registration includes the ServSafe Exam, a 4-hour SafeStaff Review Class, and a FREE digital SafeStaff Manager Review Guide. The guide will be emailed to you upon registration.
The SafeStaff 4-hour review class begins at 9:00 a.m. on the date of the exam and covers food safety principles and changes adopted in the 2022 Food Code. The exam begins at 2:00 p.m. and students are allotted two hours to complete the exam. Note: A valid ID is required to sit for the exam.
Once paid, the registration fee is non-refundable and can non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, you must call our office to reschedule. Registration is closed three business days prior to the exam. Call us at 866-372-7233 for more information or if you have questions.
