The 4-hour review covers basic food safety principles and changes adopted in the 2017 Food Code. We recommend studying before attending the review class. Material review begins at 9:00 am, followed by the Florida approved, ANSI-CFP accredited, ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager's exam. The exam begins at 2:00 pm.
