A Test with Confidence Package that includes: a 4-hour review of basic food safety principles and changes to the Food Code. We strongly recommend all students study the Food Manager Review Guide prior to attending the review class. The Review Class follows the format of the SafeStaff Manager Review Guide. The Review Class begins at 9:00 am and is followed by a Florida approved ANSI-CFP accredited exam based on the 2013 FDA Food Code. The ServSafe exam begins at 2:00 pm and is a 2-hour timed test. Also included are 128 bilingual easy-study flashcards.
Please be advised: any student who completes the registration for a Test with Confidence Package two weeks in advance of the exam date, attends the full Review Class and takes the Exam, and then calls us in two weeks at 866-372-7233 to check their score, will be granted a free retake of the Review Class and Exam, should they not pass on their first attempt.
