Studying Is Important!

Avoid having to retake the CPFM exam by purchasing CPFM Study Materials! FRLA recommends an establishment have at least one copy of the ServSafe® Essentials on site as a reference tool. The SafeStaff® Manager Review Guide was developed so each examinee could have their own copy and reference the ServSafe® Essentials as needed. Public CPFM Review Classes follow the SafeStaff® Manager Review Guide outline.

Exam Options: Are YOU?

Experienced Food Manager renewing your Food Manager Certification for the 3rd or 4th time, then maybe all you need is the ServSafe Exam: Advance Registration Exam $55

Experienced Food Manager who is not sure of the recent Food Code changes, then maybe you need the ServSafe® Exam and the Review Class: Advance Registration $114

Intermediate Food Manager who knows operations but is not very familiar with the Food Code, then maybe you need the ServSafe® Exam, Review Class and the SafeStaff® Manager Review Guide: Advance Registration $130 FRLA Members, $150 Non-Members. This option includes our First Time Passing Guarantee. If you do not pass the First time, the Second time your Review Class and Exam are free.

New to Food Management then you may need the Complete Bundle which includes ServSafe® Exam, Review Class, SafeStaff® Manager Review Guide & ServSafe® Essentials or maybe just the ServSafe® Essentials Bundle (without the Manager Review Guide): Advance Registration $175 FRLA Members for Complete Bundle, $210 Non-Members or Advance Registration $155 FRLA Members, $175 Non-members for the Essentials Bundle. Both of these options include our First Time Passing Guarantee. If you do not pass the First time, the Second time your Review Class and Exam are free.
