Who can access the online hospitality training?

The online hospitality training program is designed for front-line employees in the Florida tourism industry. Engaged members of Official County DMOs and VISIT FLORIDA Marketing Partners may access the program for free. For a list of Official County DMOs currently participating, please click here.

How do I access the program?

Go to VISITFLORIDA.org/training and follow the instructions. Codes are required to access the training modules. Simply select the course you would like to participate in, create an account, enter your complimentary VISIT FLORIDA code in the Promo Code section, click apply and get started.

How do I get a code? 

Email your local DMO to request a code. Click here for a complete list of Official County DMOs currently participating and the respective contact for each county. Simply email your DMO contact to request a code for your front-line employees.

How much do the courses cost? 

There is no cost to participate for VISIT FLORIDA Marketing Partners and engaged members of Official County DMOs.

What are the technical requirements for taking the online course? 

Participants must have a recent version of Adobe Flash Player and the preferred web browsers are Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer for personal computers and Safari for Apple/MAC computers. For a complete compatibility check, use the System Check feature in the training portal.
